I spent two years with the BBC in Scotland before moving to London to complete my MA in Broadcast Journalism. I’m still studying but I’m always looking for work beyond my studies. I’m experienced in guest booking, brief writing, fact checking and editing for social media. Every bit of audio/video content on this website was recorded and edited by me.

I’ve worked in TV, radio and digital video, and I’m confident navigating a world where the boundaries between mediums are blurring. I’m highly adaptable, bringing fresh ideas and personality to any story. No topic is too broad or too niche.

That’s the ethos I apply in my day job, but also in my other life as a quizzer. I’ve been competing in national quiz championships for the last 5 years, and since February 2024 I’ve been part of the specialist subject question writing team on Mastermind.

I’m thrilled to have been accepted onto the John Schofield Trust early careers mentorship scheme for 2025. Throughout the year I’ll be mentored by Kevin Anderson from BBC Scotland, who has produced some of my favourite documentaries of the last few years.
